Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuvan International airport
You'll be welcomed at the airport by a guide who will transfer you to your hotel for your first night.
Day 2: Sightseeing around heritage site Kathmandu valley
After being introduced to your trekking guide and other staff you will complete your documentation and trek preparation. Afterwards head out on a Kathmandu world heritage sightseeing tour by car with your tour guide.
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Nayapool via Pokhara
Travel 240km (6 hours) by private jeep. After Nayapool trek to Hille which will take roughly three hours. You'll spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 4: Trek From Hille to Ghorepani
Ascend a steep, stone staircase to the large Magar Village at Ulleri. The trail then winds through rhododendron and oak forests; across streams before making a short, final ascent to Nangethanti. From Nangethanti, the journey will trek up to Ghorepani. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 5: Ghorepani Poon Hill to Tadapani
Rise with the sun, ascending to Poon Hill. Clear weather permitting, experience a magical, panoramic view of the mountains of Dhaulagiri I, Annapurna I, and Manalsu. Views of the 6,000-meter-deep Kali Gandaki Gorge and the trans-Himalayan ranges are possible - forming the border of Nepal with Tibetan China. Descend to the lodge for a late breakfast before continuing onto Ghorepani - an important stop-over on the old trading route to Tibet. From Ghorepani, the walk is all downhill before arriving at the village of Banthanti, finally ending the journey at Tadapani. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 6: Tadapani to Chhomrung
Descend through rhododendron and oak forests, arriving at Chhomrung for a midday lunch. Chhomrung is a Gurung Village, and the highest permanent settlement in the valley with a tremendously vast view across to Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 7: Chhomrung to Dovan or Himalaya Hotel
Descend via a stone staircase, eventually crossing the Chhomrung Khola. Climb high above the Modi Khola, traveling its west bank, and pass through forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak. This portion of the day trek is followed by another ascent to Kuldi before finally descending to Dovan. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 8: Dovan - (Machhapurchhe Base Camp) or Annapurna Base Camp (Sanctuary)
From Dovan, the trail climbs high above the river, on to the lateral moraine, and down the other side to the glacier. Go up to the bed of the glacier before finally arriving at the Annapurna Base Camp for an overnight stay. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 9: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo
Beginning with an early morning ascent for a stunning sunrise and breakfast, the journey returns to Bamboo for an overnight stay. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 10: Bamboo to Jhinu Hotspring
Six-hour descent to Kuldi. Continue through beautiful rhododendron forests and down to Sinuwa. From Sinuwa, the trail leads downhill to the Modi Khola, closing the day with a climb to Chhomrung and to Jhinu Hot Spring. Relax in swimming pools with naturally hot water. Spend the night in a guesthouse.
Day 11: Jhinu Hot Spring to Pokhara City
Descend through forests to Kummu. Pass through Ghandrung - offering, yet another, picturesque, panoramic view of Annapurna South before ending the day’s voyage. Drive via jeep back to Pokhara. Check in at your hotel and rest, enjoy an evening walk around lakeside.
Day 12: Pokhara City Tour
Sightsee Pokhara City by private jeep. Discover Devi’s waterfalls, Gupteshwor Cave, Seti River View, Bindabasini Temple and Tibétain Refugee Camp. Take an evening boating trip on Fewa Lake and see the sunset. Spend the night in a hotel.
Day 13: Drive Back To Kathmandu
For thrill seekers a white water rafting trip is available for $35 USD. Drive to Charaundi for three hours before spending three hours rafting on the Trisuli River. Enjoy lunch before driving back to Kathmandu. Enjoy a farewell dinner before spending the night at a hotel.
Day 14: Final Departure
Private transport to airport for your final departure to your destination.
