Q: I've ordered a wowcher, what happens now?
A: For most deals you need to wait until the deal has closed. After this time, you will be sent an email with redemption instructions and your printable wowcher(s).
Q: I've waited but I still don't have my wowcher?
A: Your wowcher will be sent via email, to the email address registered on your Wowcher account, on the date shown on your receipt. As the wowcher is a PDF attachment it may be sent to your spam folder so please make sure you check this.
You can always access your wowcher by logging into your Wowcher account by clicking here www.wowcher.co.uk/login
Next to each wowcher is a "Redeem" button which can be used to open the wowcher in a new window with the option to print or save to your hard drive.
Please note if your wowcher has expired you will no longer be able to see the redeem button.
Q: I've accidentally deleted my wowcher?
A: No problem, just log in HERE to access it again.
Q: I can't log in
A: Firstly make sure you have got a fully registered account on our website and are not just subscribed to our mailing list. This would have involved you choosing a password and entering your address details. If you are certain you have a registered account please reset your password HERE.
If you do that and the site tells that you don't have an account it may be that there was an error in the email address when you bought. Please make sure you have tried all possible email accounts. If you need more help on this subject, please contact us
Q: I can't open the pdf
A: Download and install the latest version of adobe acrobat reader here http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and the PDF will open fine.
Q: What can I use my wowcher for?
A: You can either exchange it for the product or service stated in the deal, redeem it towards the cost of another wowcher, redeem it towards other goods at www.wowchershop.co.uk, or you can exchange it for Wowcher Wallet Credit, it’s your call.
Q: I’ve decided I want the products, how do I get them?
A: Each deal is different but the full instructions on what you need to do to get your products or services are always in the wowcher itself and will involve passing the wowcher code to the merchant who is supplying the products.
Details of how to redeem your wowcher can be seen before you buy in the Full Details of every deal. It’s worth calling ahead to see if the merchant can accommodate you at your preferred time.
Q: My code doesn't work, I can't redeem.
A: Please click on the link under "How to Redeem" on your wowcher. Enter your code in the discount/voucher code box when prompted. This can be located on your wowcher.
The wowcher code is case sensitive so please ensure that it is entered exactly as shown.
Please be aware that if you have purchased multiple wowchers then each code must be entered in a separate transaction.

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once you have redeemed.
Q: Can I return a wowcher?
A: We offer a no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all unredeemed Wowchers (starting from the day after the day you receive your Wowcher) whereby if you originally paid in cash, you can receive a 100% cash or 100% Wowcher Wallet Credit or, if you paid using Wowcher Wallet Credit, you can receive a 100% Wowcher Wallet Credit . Please bear in mind, cash refunds could take up to 10 days to process while Wowcher Wallet Credit is usually applied instantly, subject to qualifications. All refund requests must be made using this form. Please include the order number, the Wowcher code and, if you originally paid in cash, your preferred payment method. Refund requests received 15 days or more after the day after the day you received the Wowcher are considered on a case by case basis.
Q: How do I redeem my wowcher for a different voucher?
A: Just use the box on the purchase page of the voucher that you want to buy.
If you redeem a wowcher towards the cost of another wowcher it will be of an amount equal to 100% of the purchase price of the original wowcher (inc. p&p but excluding any marketing/promotional credit) if the purchase is made not more than 30 days after the date of issue of that wowcher, or 50% of the purchase price of the original wowcher (inc. p&p but excluding any marketing/promotional credit) if the purchase is made more than 30 days after the date of issue of that wowcher but before the end of the wowcher validity period.
Q: How do I redeem my wowcher for a Wowcher Wallet Credit?
A: Just use the Wowcher Promise button on any deal page (towards the bottom left) to redeem your wowcher for Wallet credits or contact our Customer Services team.
Between 1 and 30 days after you receive your wowcher you can exchange your unredeemed wowcher in return for 100% credits to your Wowcher Wallet.
From 30 days after you receive your wowcher and before it expires you can exchange for Wowcher Wallet Credit to the value of 50% of what you paid for the voucher.
Q: Where are my products?
A: Delivery timings are always laid out on the wowcher you receive, and in the Full Details section of each deal. If you have redeemed properly and still not received the products after that delivery window has expired then contact the merchant directly with as much info as you can give them. If you're still having trouble then contact us.
Q: My wowcher has expired. Can I get a refund?
A: Sadly not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the wowcher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes.
Q: I'm not happy with the deal
A: All deals that appear on Wowcher are vetted rigorously by a dedicated team to ensure that they are genuine offers from reliable merchants. Unfortunately sometimes things do get through that aren't up to the high standards that we set ourselves and we are continuously working on our processes and procedures to ensure that we continue to improve. In the first instance your complaint should be addressed to the supplying merchant directly who should be able to answer any concerns that you may have. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with the merchant please contact us and we will be able to look into any concerns you may have.
Q: Can I change the delivery address?
A: You do not select your delivery address until you redeem your wowcher code. This does not have to be the same as your billing address. We're sorry but once you have redeemed you are not able to change your delivery address. If you're looking for more help on this subject, please contact us
Q: How do I choose the colour/style/size when I buy?

Q: Who do I contact if I want to return my product?
A: If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, you will need to contact the merchant who supplied it to you directly.
Q: I have bought a hoverboard, can I return it?
A: We are happy to offer a full refund for hoverboards once boards have been returned to the relevant merchant. Please request a refund using our usual contact form.

Q: Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
A: Nope - You'll probably want to invite people anyway, though - wowchers are always fun to use with friends or a great way to make new ones.
Q: I like today's deal - how do I get it?
A: Just click "BUY" before the deal ends and before we sell out! Once the deal has closed, if we accept your order we will e-mail you a printable wowcher that you can use for the deal in question (check the valid from and valid until dates).
Q: When can I use my wowcher?
A: All wowchers have an expiry date (also known as a "until/to" date). The participating merchant may have other restrictions which will be set out both in the Fine Print before you buy a deal and on the wowcher itself. Often it is necessary to make a reservation with the participating business to use your wowcher.
Q: Can I buy a wowcher as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes. Unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away.
Q: If I don't use the full value of the wowcher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
A: No. Unless otherwise stated you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.
Q: Can I combine my wowcher with other offers or specials?
A: No, not unless the wowcher specifically states otherwise.
Q: When am I billed for my wowcher?
A: As soon as you click "BUY".
Q: Will the deal be shipped abroad and how much will it cost?
A: This will vary depending on the merchant and we would advise that you check this before you place your order. Contact details for the merchant can be found in the Full Details section of the deal .

A: We use a third party payment processor to handle all payment processes securely and efficiently. At no time is your full credit or debit card information stored on our servers. We hold part of the number and the expiry date to allow you to verify that the card you paid with previously is the card you wish to use for a new transaction.

Q: How do I check availability?
A: The contact details for the venue/merchant will be on the deal itself if you need to check specific dates and times. Products deals are all subject to availability.
Q: How many can I buy?
A: It varies from deal to deal, with some you can buy up to 30, with others only one. Check the Fine Print on each deal.
Q: What if the merchant for my wowcher closes down?
A: If the merchant closes down and your wowcher has not expired, we'll refund your money.
Q: How do I unsubscribe?

Q: I've signed up for the wrong city
A: Sign up for the right city, and then unsubscribe from the city you don't want using the link in the email.
Q: How do I get Club Wowcher points?
A: You get points by completing certain actions on the site.
Q: I did something a lot of times but it seems to not be giving me any more points?
A: Most things you can do have what's called "anti-gaming" features. For example, this means that you cannot simply keep subscribing to a location and keep getting points, in this situation you are limited to a certain number of points per day for the 'subscribe' behaviour. These features are in place to make Club Wowcher a happy, fair environment where real Wowcher-ers can get the most rewarding experience possible.
Q: When can I "cash in my points" and convert them into Wowcher Wallet Credits?
A: You can do this once you reach the Bronze level.

Q: I bought something but don't seem to have been awarded any points, why?
A: When you purchase something, points are awarded 30 days after the purchase date to allow for any refunds you may request.

Q: I clicked Express Buy but I still went to the normal payment page, what happened?
